An emerging player in the production of Made in France solar panels asked EXPERING to manage the purchasing department as part of a strategic project to build a factory, operational in 2026. The project aims to integrate the entire photovoltaic value chain and create 3,000 jobs.
The project in brief
With over 30 years’ experience, our consultant has been commissioned to help structure and manage the purchasing function:
- Definition of purchasing policy and objectives in terms of economic and qualitative performance and responsible purchasing,
- Implement a purchasing strategy based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and resource optimization,
- Coordination and leadership of purchasing teams to achieve collective objectives,
- Negotiation with strategic suppliers for framework agreements (volume of several hundred million euros),
- Implementation of tools and methodologies for process monitoring and continuous improvement.
