EXPERING provides relay management for a customer in the development of maintenance activities, a renovation program and the management of maintenance activities.
The project in brief
As part of the optimization of its industrial processes, our customer is transforming its maintenance organization by strengthening engineering and document structuring. Our role is to manage the implementation of new standards and tools designed to make operations more reliable. Our mission covers the drafting of maintenance plans and ranges, the administration of maintenance files, as well as the deployment of procedures and tools required for the compliant execution of interventions. We also contribute to capitalizing on experience feedback as part of a continuous improvement process. This mission will come to an end once the processes have been put on a permanent footing and the internal relays have been trained.
