Against a backdrop of group reorganization over the past 18 months, our customer, a specialist in industrial physical security, has entrusted EXPERING with the task of managing the industrial operations of a site in Champagne. The aim of the assignment was to maintain a high level of performance, while supporting the changes required for the group’s transformation.
The project in brief
Our consultant has extensive experience of production and supply chain management in large and medium-sized companies. He has taken on the following assignments:
- Production planning and monitoring, and management of technical and human contingencies,
- Supervision of internal organization, including recruitment in line with operational needs,
- Steering industrial investments in collaboration with the technical department and new works,
- Continuous improvement of production processes and the production management system.
