Our consultant, an expert in onboard reactor testing on submarines, brings his expertise to support and guide the “Testing” team in implementing a structured and optimized program:
- Definition of an optimized schedule to manage risks and opportunities,
- Coordination of industrial partnerships in Europe,
- Close monitoring of key tests,
- Specification and design of critical test loops,
- Drafting of reports and strategic recommendations.
