EXPERING has taken over the management of the digital division of a major player in the world of land defense, armored vehicles and artillery, against a backdrop of reorganization.
The project in brief
Our customer is reorganizing its digital division, moving from a geographical approach to the creation of 4 hardware and software departments. We are responsible for managing this new department of 250 people spread across France, in order to take charge of the transformation plan. Our mission will end after the arrival and transfer of skills to a statutory division manager.
- Integrate teams from different sites and organizations into the new department,
- Support the cluster in setting up a common reference system,
- Interface with program management.
