The project in brief
Our Customer has contracted with a foreign army for the supply of a complete artillery system. The scope of the EXPERING Project Manager’s activities covers both the Operating System and the Support System.
- Supervision with the project team of the completion of contracted tasks on the basis of a WBS and drafting of Project Progress Review Reports,
- Management of upstream and downstream reporting and drafting of program reports,
- Guarantees compliance with contractual requirements (performance, costs, deadlines).
