Sophie has joined the EXPERING team as Relationship Manager.
Graduating in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Labor Law and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Sophie began her career with CAPGEMINI Lille. She developed her recruitment and employee follow-up skills with ESNs and ETIs (AKKA, EKIUM, INETUM), engineering players in various industrial sectors (Energy, Pharmaceuticals, IT Infrastructure, etc.) She moved into management, before joining EXPERING in June 2022 as Responsable Ressources Manager (RRM).
Sophie will join our EXPERING team in June 2022.
She has been appointed Resources Manager, in charge of recruiting, coordinating and developing the loyalty of EXPERING’s community of interim managers. Sophie describes her 15 years of enriching experience: “… After graduating with a Master’s degree in Employment Law in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree in Human Resources, I became fascinated 💕 with recruitment during my work-study placement with an ESN, CAPGEMINI Lille. I joined AKKA TECHNOLOGIES Lille in 2008, and it was at this point that my career took on its full meaning ✨: I definitely realized that recruitment and employee proximity were the very essence of my career path. I left the North of France, so dear to my heart 🌹, to join the teams in Lyon, who put a smile back on my face 😊 and I joined the Pharmaceuticals/Chemicals BU. In 2011, EKIUM, a player in the industrial engineering sector, gave me the opportunity to join a position that combines engineering recruitment with a close relationship with employees: I’m there to listen to them and make sure they’re well looked after. A few years later, I was given the opportunity to progress and become manager of a recruitment team. On the strength of this experience, I joined INETUM in 2019, which enabled me to strengthen my IT infrastructure skills. Highly attached to follow-up, proximity and loyalty, complemented by shared values (sharing, simplicity, interpersonal skills, collective spirit), Jean-Charles MARCOS, whom I got to know at AKKA, suggested that I join his company EXPERING as Manager Relations: recruitment, animation & loyalty as well as continuous improvement will therefore be the components of my new professional life at EXPERING, the best Transition Management Company(EMT) ✌.
