I’ve lived and worked in the Hauts de France region since I was born, and have a BTS in my pocket despite an atypical educational background.
I spent the first ten years of my career as a consultant with Akka Technologies in the railway sector, working for a customer as a test technician (static and dynamic on metros), before joining Alstom’s design office in Valenciennes as a mechanical and electrical integrator.
My missions consisted in designing and integrating in 3D the various electrical and mechanical equipment in all the zones and compartments of the metro programs for 3 different projects (Singapore, Circle Line and finally MP05 for RATP), producing the assembly drawings and following the first assemblies in the workshop right up to the delivery files to the final customers.
I left this customer in January 2008 as a consultant (technical assistance mode), to manage this customer in fixed-price project mode on various metro, tramway and RER projects within our in-house design office, with responsibilities for commitments of means and results.
After these first ten very technical years, I wanted to take my career in a new direction with new responsibilities and a different job as a technical sales representative.
So I became a business engineer for Akka Technologies, managing the sales and marketing of rail equipment manufacturers and end customers in the Hauts de France region.
From one day to the next, I became the manager of my former colleagues who were seconded to our customers (over 90 consultants).
In November 2018 I joined a new consulting company, Inatis, as Sales Director with a very ambitious project to develop the business in France and internationally for many sectors such as Oil&Gas, nuclear, aeronautics, automotive, rail and heavy industry.
I was responsible for sales, recruitment and business development in the nuclear, automotive, aerospace and rail sectors, working with well-known customers such as Alstom, EDF, Stellantis and Safran.
>After more than 5 years with this company, and nearly 25 years serving my customers in ESNs, I decided to join Expering.
