Charlotte joined the EXPERING team in 2023 as Relationship Manager.

The EXPERING team expanded in November 2023 with the arrival of Charlotte Desmeules as HR & Sales Manager in Belgium. She tells us about her career… After graduating with a degree in French law, I combined my interest in legal and business management by enrolling in the DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) master’s program at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. After graduating in 2022, I completed several internships with law firms specializing in employment law. Interested in both project management and human resources, I joined EXPERING in November 2023. Since then, I’ve been involved in EXPERING’s expansion in Belgium, working alongside our Belgian country manager, Pascal Wauters. My varied missions cover all the fields involved in the commercial development of an international subsidiary. After training in EXPERING’s methodologies, tools and culture, my main task is to source and pre-qualify interim managers and experts in high value-added professions for our customers, who include major players in the defense, aeronautics, space, energy, rail and healthcare industries. I’m also involved in the quality process and the implementation of attraction and loyalty actions. Finally, I support Pascal Wauters in sales development (notably through market research and preparing appointments).
