If you are already an interim manager and would like to join the EXPERING community
01.You submit your CV on our platform. The Relationship Managers team will assess your application within 2 days.
02. The Relation Managers team will start by talking to you. Then, one of our Business Partners will meet with you to discuss your career path and service offering.
03. As part of our France Transition label, and to ensure quality service for our industrial customers, we will check your professional references to ensure a quality network.
04. Once you’ve been selected, you’ll officially join the EXPERING community and enjoy all the associated benefits (personalized follow-up, assignment proposals, access to events).
05. Our team will propose assignments that match your service offering and preferences. We will review the essential elements of the assignment with you at each proposal stage, in order to consolidate the commitment.
06. You’ll be working with our customers, bringing your expertise and leadership to bear on their challenges. Our Business Partner will be at your side to ensure the smooth running and quality of the assignment.
07. You will take part in our networking events (breakfasts, afterworks, webinars, etc.). You’ll be in regular contact with our team to ensure a continuous link with you. That’s how we develop close ties and mutual trust with our community!
You’re not a Transition Manager yet, and you’re interested in becoming one
As a first-time buyer, we’ll get in touch with you within 2 days, and you’ll follow the same process as above, while benefiting from personalized support in choosing your articles of association, all in the strictest confidence.
