INTRODUCTION
Fédération France Transition, the umbrella organization for the French interim management industry, has invited the participation of professionals in France. The aim of this barometer is to provide a detailed mapping of interim managers by analyzing their profile, experience and activity in 2022, as well as their perception of the relationship with interim management companies. It also enables us to assess their expectations and their vision of the profession.
The results are now available for download, providing valuable insight into the state of the sector. To gather this data, a questionnaire was distributed via an online platform, accessible throughout May 2023. The survey received 2023 anonymous responses from interim managers, a largely positive response that testifies to the growing interest in this initiative.
