Coaching of a project team as part of a recycling plant modernization program

Context

Our customer manufactures fuel from recycled uranium and plutonium oxides. It is facing a major deterioration of its facilities. EXPERING was called in to coach the engineering teams on a project to make the plant sustainable beyond 2040.

The project in brief

The recycled fuel production plant has suffered a significant drop in production levels, making it a critical part of the fuel recycling cycle. We are proposing an innovative approach, with a speaker from outside the nuclear industry, to bring a fresh perspective. Our manager comes from a defense background. She will be coaching the project director and teams on the innovation and strategic management aspects of the “Pérennité 2040” project.

  • Diagnosis and identification of obstacles within installations,
