Expering is leading a €135 million project to develop and industrialize a new manufacturing process to support the increased activity of an active ingredient. An integral part of the project is the construction of a WWTP and a biomethanization unit.
The project in brief
Our consultant, an expert in the management of industrial programs, brings his expertise to bear on the overall management of the project: the chemical development of the synthesis, the industrialization and construction engineering phases.
- Supervise the design and implementation of “on time, on target, on budget” sub-projects,
- Manage the project management contract to achieve project objectives,
- Manage, assist and coordinate project and activity managers (process, works, purchasing, planning, AMO),
- Identify, evaluate and participate in the arbitration of strategic project decisions,
- Alert you to deviations (planning or costs), identify and consolidate levers to meet defined objectives,
- Ensure that the various COPIL meetings run smoothly and that the deliverables (risks, levers, decision-making requirements) are produced.
