EXPERING is commissioned by a German engineering company to manage the construction of 2 new workshops to replace 2 nuclear waste processing facilities reaching the end of their operating licence.
The project in brief
Our consultant is in charge of a consortium of 2 companies for the piping and general installation work packages, for a budget in excess of €50 million. The project involves a team of 120 people. Expering’s main areas of added value are :
- Coordination of group stakeholders and customer/supplier relations,
- Implementation of KPIs for monitoring production volumes of welded piping,
- Adapting teams and setting up task forces (2×8, 3×8),
- Meeting deadlines and managing associated risks,
- Supervision of work documents and reports to ensure traceability,
- Detailed reporting to stakeholders via steering committees.
